Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use recoverystation.living and the services Recoverystation Pest Control offers through it. Using this site, calling the number on it or sending a form means you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Recoverystation Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray pesticides, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are matched with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We also make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get the estimate in writing.

General Information Only

The content here is for general reading. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice, and it says nothing about whether a given product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get into it without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we match you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop contact at any time, email contact@recoverystation.living.

Ownership of Content

The words and design of this site belong to Recoverystation Pest Control or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Recoverystation Pest Control is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or products, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
